CATEGORY 4-SUN
Very nice properties, well furnished along with a nice decoration and charming surroundings. This category benefits from additional facilities included in the rent (weekly cleaning, bath towels, swimming-pool and garden maintainance more than once a week, etc). Perfect condition. A bottle of Champagne is offered by Acacia to the occupiers of this category.

CATEGORY 3-SUN
The house is of good quality, correctly furnished with a good level of facilities. The interior and exterior details are of good quality. The neighbourhood is quiet. The garden furnishing is nice and recent. The concrete surfaces, the interior and exterior details not finished, small barbecues, ets... are not recommended. Cleaning condition must be perfect.

CATEGORY 2-SUN
The house is furnished enough, even if the furnitures is not recent, but should be usable in normal conditions. The exterior should be sober. The house as a whole should offer a basic comfort. Cleaning condition must be perfect.

CATEGORY 1-SUN
Those are, generally speaking, lower cost houses, less furnished, along with smaller swimming-pools, garden and surroundings less charming. This precised, the quality/price ratio must be interesting for the occupiers. Cleaning condition must be perfect.

During our first visit, we will determine together in which category will be
your house. Each year, an adjustment might be done. This way, you will have your
house climb the steps in our classification.
