EXTRACT OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
Those terms and conditions are an extract of our full document
"conditions générales de locations
saisonnières meublées" which is the sole valid document
along with the rent engagement, the insurance and the rental's detailed
sheet.
ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES : Arrivals
are on Saturdays after 5pm and departures at 10 am.
RENT PAYMENT : 25
% at booking time, the remaining amount 30 days before the stay.
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT : The
deposit is specified on each rental's detailed sheet. The owner will
not draw it unless damages are caused by the occupier.
ANIMALS : Animals
are not accepted unless the owner or the agent explicitly authorize them by
a written document.
NUMBER OF OCCUPIERS :
The number of occupiers is limited by the owner. That number includes
all persons staying for the night in the rental.
Babies under 1 year old are not counted here.
LOCAL TAXES :
If indicated on detailed sheet, the local tax will be paid by the occupier
directly to the owner at checking out time.

INSURANCE |
EACH RENTAL IS SUBJECT TO AN INSURANCE PROPOSAL :
Its cost is 20 €.
The insurance is paid by the occupier.

FILING COST |
The occupier will be charged 18 € of filing cost on signature
of the rent engagement. This amount is fixed.
The amount would be kept by ALS in case the rent is
cancelled by the client.

END OF STAY CLEANING PACKAGE |
Some owner may propose an end-of-stay cleaning package. The cost
is specified on each rental's detailed sheet.
The package is paid directly to the owner on arrival. The occupier
is free to accept or to refuse that package.
If accepted, the occupier will not have to clean the house
but will have to return the property in a reasonable state.
If refused, the occupier will have to return the property in
a clean and ordered state before 10am.

EXTRA CHARGES OF USE |
Water, electricity, gas and heating use is included in the rent
for the period from June 1st thru Sept. 30th, except
excessive use or contrary mention. Out of that period, the occupier
will have to pay their use directly to the owner.
Specified on each rental's detailed sheet. Based on the actual use of occupiers
and at the rate billed by the owner's provider.
Two exceptions : gaz and fuel stored in containers. In this case, a weekly
rate is specified on the detailed sheet.

INSIDE MAINTAINING |
BY THE OCCUPIER :
The rooms of the rental are to be maintained during the stay.
Sheets and kitchen clothes are to be cleaned by the occupiers
except on departure day (sheets and kitchen clothes are returned not cleaned that day).
The occupiers must return the rental cleaned and ordered on the morning
of departure except if the 'end-of-day' cleaning package was retained.
In this case, the rental must only be ordered before leaving.

OUTSIDE MAINTAINING |
BY THE OCCUPIER :
In case there is an animal during the stay,
outside and inside parts of the rental must be returned
cleaned of hairs, smells, excrements and other small damages, including
if the 'end-of-stay' package is paid by the occupier.
BY THE OWNER :
The swimming-pool and the garden according to the frequency
specified on each rental's detailed sheet.
