To help you find the rental most appropriate to your wishes, we
have classified our rentals among 4 categories :
1, 2, 3 & 4 suns.
Classifying a rental in one of those categories
takes into account a large number of criterias : general
condition, size of the swimming-pool, square meters
of the house and garden, general facilities, etc...
Please be aware that from one rental to another, the criterias
justifying its category may vary. The personal feeling of the
ALS commercial visitor is also to take into account.
The rating is given as an indicator and will be in no instance
reproached to ALS.
The rental rates are not affected by this rating (only based
on the number of occupiers and the price asked by the owner).

CATEGORY 4 -SUN
Very nice rentals well furnished, nicely decorated in charming
surroundings. This category often benefits from extra facilities
included in the rent (weekly cleaning, shower and swimming
towels, swimming-pool cleaning, etc...)

CATEGORY
3 -SUN
The rental is of nice quality,
correctly furnished, with a good level of facilities.
The inside and outside details are of good quality,
even though one or more small points might not correspond
to this category.

CATEGORY
2 -SUN
The rental is furnished correctly. The furnitures might not be esthetic
or recent but can be used in normal conditions.
Sober and maintained from the outside, the rental as a whole
might be limited to a basic comfort.

CATEGORY
1 -SUN
Generally speaking, the rentals in this category are lower cost,
modestly equipped, with smaller swimming-pools
gardens and locations less advantageous.
This said, the quality/price ratio is often at a good level.
